Terms of service

The only requirements we have for our IVA or Debt Management enquiries are that you be as honest as possible when completing the form and when talking to our representatives. Working closely with you we aim to arrange an IVA for you and help as many people as possible out of debt, driven by the anguish of our own personal battles with it. We know what you are going through and how difficult it is to get back on the ladder. An IVA or Individual Voluntary Agreement can be a way out.

An IVA is intended to help you, no-one else. Declaring all your debts and true income is important if we are to help you get back on track. An IVA is an agreement made through the UK legal system and any hidden creditors will only make it harder on yourself to be able to free yourself of the burden of debt. If you can manage to make steady monthly payments over the next 60 months, any remaining debt will be written off under the terms of the IVA.

To qualify for an IVA you have to be over 18 years of age and live in England or Wales. You need to be earning over £1000 a month, or have at least £200 in disposable income each month. With debt above £15,000 spread between at least three creditors, there is a good chance we can help you.

If you have between £5,000 and £15,000 debt, please also fill in the form and we will be in touch ASAP to help with a Debt Management Plan.
